Ingredients needed:
1 box of Blueberries (Fresh or Canned, up to you)
1 1/2 cup of Self-raising floor
1/2 cup of Caster sugar (Reduce if you think its too much)
2 eggs
1/4 Oil
3/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence (Not necessary)
Decorations (Not necessary)
Steps:
1. Heat up your oven to 260 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the flour, caster sugar, milk, eggs and oil together. Slowly add in the blueberries.
3. Put the batter inside the cupcake paper. (1/2 full only if you don't want it to be too fat) Put them into the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Check if they're fully baked with a toothpick!
4. You're done!

your muffins don't raise nicely because the bottom fire is not strong enough! hope this helps :)
